All With Care Co. products are made to order through our printing partner, Printful. Because each item is created just for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there’s a problem with the order.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages
If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected time frame, please reach out to us. We’ll work with Printful to investigate and resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are printed on demand, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse. Please check sizing guides carefully before ordering.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders can’t be changed or canceled once they go into production, so please double-check your details before submitting your order.
International Orders
We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to international orders.
