Shipping Policy

All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted partner, Printful. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Processing Time
Orders are made to order. Most items take 2–5 business days to print and prepare for shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships.

Shipping Times
Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typical delivery times (after fulfillment) are:

  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Holidays, high-demand periods, or carrier delays can affect delivery times.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your address before completing your order. We can’t be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with Printful to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. We have no control over these charges.
