With Care Co. was created as a small effort to address the fact that over 65% of people with a mental illness struggle more during the holiday season, and over 41% of adults deal with higher stress levels than any other time of the year. Whether this is because of seasonal depression, having lost a loved one during the holidays, or something else, you’re not alone.
